While the rest of the conventioneers at this year's Fantasm were bidding on slaves, working the room party circuit, or being fitted for new fangs, the staff of Psycho Tattoo was preparing for a Psychotic Suspensions show, which turned out to be the highlight of the convention. The crew acted out a storyline entitled "Lydia's Fantasies," with the luscious Jamie Cudney narrating as Lydia while her memories and fantasies were acted out by the performers behind her. First, Lydia told the story of her initiation into the world of body suspension as Brian Bennett acted out the memory by swinging violently from the four hooks piercing his upper back. Lydia's fantasies then delved deeper into her scarred psyche and the performances got more severe. Lydia recalled an incident that occurred while she was working at a funeral home in which a former lover's body arrived after a horrible accident. Lydia proceeded to act out a necrophilia scene as she unzipped a body bag containing Jerome - done up in corpse makeup - before he was hoisted into the air for a full-body suspension. Lydia then crawled underneath the dangling corpse and writhed around in reminiscence of this one last fling with a departed soul. For the show's finale, Lydia revealed an unfulfilled fantasy as Chris Steele was dragged by two gimp-masked muscle-heads into a chair on the stage. Lydia then proceeded to sew Chris' eyelids shut while the two gimps restrained the already straight-jacketed victim. Chris' body was then pulled into the air by four hooks piercing his lower thighs just above his knees. As Chris body swung out of control, the hooks began to bend unexpectedly and he fell to the floor, shocking the audience as well as the rest of the Psycho staff. Chris then squirmed around on the floor as Lydia caressed his tortured body and the show came to an end.
