PHAT RIDES 1964 Chevrolet Pickup & 1973 Chevy Nova SS

1964 Chevrolet Step Side Pick-Up.
This month Travis Owen shows us his phat rides. Travis has been the
drummer in various regional bands including Miller's Tale and his current
band Artimus Pyledriver. His 1964 Chevrolet step side pick-up is
a family hierloom that his father restored with Travis' help, of course. The pale yellow
exterior is the original factory color. The interior is in mint condition and the
steering wheel and foot pedal give the truck some hot rod flair. It's powered by a
455 Big Block with a Muncie 4
speed. It's been lowered a
few inches and growls when
revved up ...
Travis' other baby is his sweet 1973 Chevy Nova SS.
The Nova's already beefy 350 engine has been taken to the next level
by adding high performance parts and a secret
dragway weapon - NOS. That's Nitrus Oxide
kids. This car is so fast it's ridiculus! Travis has
been building the car up
since '92. He stuck with
the original factory
gold dust color, black
leather interior and it's
factory (soft top)
sunroof. There were
only 1,256 of these
cars made. It's a true
collectors car.
