All The Saints
All The Saints

The music Mecca of talent in Atlanta is enormous and All the Saints have been a part of it for a while. Their new self-titled release almost gives the impression of a standard rock album with the instrumental jam "Shadow, Shadow." Then the record breaks into psychedelic fusion and abstract vocals. Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds 'The Murder Ballads’ and the dark phase of Depeche Mode comes to mind in tracks like "Farmecia," "Regal Regalia," and "Fire on Corridor X.” The tracks are more raw and whimsical. It slows down a bit in the droning acoustic chant of "Leeds" and the ever so peaceful "Mil Mil." Check it.
