Beck :: Modern Guilt

Beck
Modern Guilt
Interscope

Yes, yes, yes. Modern Guilt is my new love.Well, my new love produced by one of my oldest lovers. Beck’s eighth album is another solid and highly addictive addition to his impressive repertoire of geek-chic. Co-produced with Dangermouse and featuring collaborations with indie darling Cat Power, all ten tracks deliver those modern lyrics with a very ‘60s kickback that is synonymous with Beck’s sound. “Chemtrails,” the first single, is light, airy, and is probably already slated to appear in the next Sofia Coppola joint. Modern Guilt, usted no es un perdedor.
