Flowers Forever is an art project written by Tilly and the Wall guitarist Derek
Presnall. It's a quality record full of freedom of expression and nostalgia of
times old and new. It ranges from different genres, but is known as indie pop.
The musical arrangements of songs like "Black Pope" and "Strange Fruit" are
pretty impressive and include everything from saxophone, organ, and cello to
trombone and accordion. "Smash the Cool" gives you a raw garage "fuck you"
drive.Then to take your mind off things, relaxes you with "Beach Bum" and
"Elliptical Love." And you couldn't have more fun than listening to the quasi cheerleader anthem "Happy New Year.” It's a collaboration of a bunch of friends shouting at you to help ring in the New Year. This is an interesting record. So, make yourself really happy and buy it.
