From the March 2006 issue of Prick Magazine.

With a cast of young punk rockers and hip-hoppers flexing their acting muscles for the first time, this indie flick combines the street-smart morals of a Spike Lee movie with the graphic violence of Quentin Tarantino. Addressing everything from racial intolerance and sexism to vengeful acts of aggression over differing lifestyle opinions, Threat is an ambitious film project that erupts into a full-scale riot, leaving the streets of New York City littered with blood and bodies. The nihilistic story of American youth is available on DVD with two accompanying CDs – a soundtrack constructed by Atari Teenage Riot's Alec Empire and a collection of songs that inspired the movie by the likes of Agnostic Front vs. Schizoid and Bleeding Through vs. Hecate. The film is also showing in select theaters around the country.
